This policy explains what information API Pilot Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ("API Pilot", "we") collects when you visit apipilot.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us; client project data is covered separately by the agreement for that project.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your company, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message. If you call us, we may note your name, number and what you discussed.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project. We use analytics information in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Access is limited to the API Pilot staff who handle client communications, and we use industry-standard measures to protect the site and the data we hold.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@apipilot.com. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, in line with applicable anti-spam laws such as the US CAN-SPAM Act.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
